- Advertising through our portal WITHOUT AGENCY COMMISSION
- Combination of the first and second option
THE LOWEST COMMISSION ON THE MARKET IN THE PROMO PERIOD
We create an interactive professional relationship with CLIENTS who SELL or RENT their properties. We provide the Sales Agreement with the client, as well as the Purchase Agreement with the customer and all other accompanying necessary procedures – until notarized by a Notary
SALE: 1.5% ON THE FINAL SALE PRICE – for buyer and seller
RENTING: 25% OF THE FIRST RENT-for the lessee and the lessor
For BUYERS of real estate as well as for clients RENTING real estate, we provide verification of the validity of the necessary documentation and Contracts.
